I was looking at one of your listing at Shornes Of Panama condos, I think this one is on the first floor not on the beach, do you have any in the condo that is ocean front below the 5th floor?

Yes, the best one on the market is Shores of Panama #402. It’s not my listing but it’s a good condo (and I can help you buy it if you like it). It can be purchased for $200,000 (as I have written an offer on it for one of my buyers previously and that was the agreed upon price). It is asking $219,900. Here are the details.

Hello, I have been looking at a condo at the Majestic I believe you guys had it listed but not sure it was condo # 404 I think was the # it was handicapped equit with hand rails. The beginning of the ad said low floor 3x, anyway I can’t find it listed anymore and was wondering if it had been sold or the owners took it off the market? It was listed for 294,900 I believe.
